Jen Salinas brings more than 20 years of insurance experience to First State Insurance Agency Southwest, helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right insurance coverage for their needs. Licensed in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa, Jen works with customers throughout the region to provide knowledgeable, personalized insurance guidance. One of Jen’s greatest strengths is the long-term relationships she has built with her customers. Having worked at First State Insurance Agency Southwest for many years, she has helped generations of customers with their insurance needs and takes pride in knowing many of them personally. Her goal is not simply to sell a policy, but to be a trusted insurance resource customers can turn to as their needs change.

Outside of work, Jen is married and has two children. One is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, while the other is currently attending the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. Her husband serves as the Director of Forward Worthington, and Jen enjoys being involved in and connected to the local community.
